We bought this Ottoman to a cave man to store pillows, sheets, blankets for our couch to rest our feet up while using the sofa. It has filled the bill perfectly for our use. is attractive, has a good quality and lots of storage space. the only reason why I did not give this 5 stars is because the hinge screws are too short and cover a zipper pulled out the wood. I am pretty handy and replaced two top screws going into the frame of the box with screws
